Free Delivery To These Areas:
Albury, Adelaide, Ballarat, Bendigo, Brisbane, Canberra, Coffs Harbour, Geelong, Grafton, Gosford, Lismore, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne, Mornington, Latrobe Valley, Newcastle, Gold Coast, Sydney, Toowoomba & Wollongong.

On completion of Check-Out you will receive the following notifications by email:

  • Payment Received: Confirmation of payment.
  • Order Processed: Confirmation of Order details.
  • Order to Fulfilment: Confirmation Your Order has moved to fulfilment.
  • Order Completed: Advising despatch and your Consignment Number to enable you to Track and Trace your order, and PDF Tax Invoice.

Orders placed online before 2pm (AEDT) during Business Days will be despatched from our fulfillment centre the same day. Orders placed online after 2pm (AEDT) during Business Days, Weekends, or Public Holidays will be despatched from our fulfillment centre the next Business Day. Delivery is then arranged as follows:

  • The time taken from when your order leaves our fulfillment centre to when it arrives at your door is the EXPECTED shipping time. Shipping to some localities is expected next day after day of despatch, other areas maybe 3 Business Days or more after day of despatch. Weather related delivery delays can occur and are not within our control. And unfortunately other shipping delays, while infrequent, do sometimes occur.
  • We do not GUARANTEE a delivery date or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
  • We will not delay despatch and our Contract Courier will not hold your order to meet a future delivery date.
  • We do not deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.
  • We do not deliver to Post Office addresses.
  • We may not always be able to ‘deliver to your door’. If you live in a rural community delivery will be to our nearest service depot, and you must arrange collection from that point.
  •  Neither we nor the Contract Courier company will call ahead to advise of delivery.
  •  You will receive an email advising your unique Consignment Number immediately your order is despatched from our fulfillment centre. Please click here to ‘Track and Trace’ your order.

Business Days are considered Monday through Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Delivery will be on a Business Day. Business Days are considered Monday through Friday excluding Public Holidays. Delivery is by our Contract Courier company and we DO NOT GUARANTEE shipping times or a delivery date.

There are only a ‘handful’ of areas where we cannot deliver. When you open your Cart and click ‘Calculate Shipping’ a ‘no shipping’ message will display for those areas – which include the following:

At ORDER NOTES in checkout: Our recommendation is that you enter ‘Signature Required’ and leave delivery instructions. If you do not leave delivery instructions your order will be marked as ‘Authority to Leave’ and delivery will be made without signature.

DELIVERY OPTIONS – ‘Signature Required’ or ‘Authority to Leave’

If requesting ‘Authority to Leave’, please leave specific instructions. For example nominate a dry secure place, such as a verandah or carport (your order will not be left outside the boundary line of your delivery address).

  • You leave ALL delivery instructions at Check-Out.
  • Your instructions will be copied onto the Contract Courier’s delivery labels.
  • Your delivery instructions are a guide for the Contract Courier company to follow, it is not a Guarantee that on all occasions your instructions will be followed.
  • If marked ‘Authority to Leave’, neither we nor the Contract Courier company will be held responsible for any missing goods. Goods are left at your risk.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED – And you are not available to accept the Order

If you are not in attendance when the Contract Courier attempts delivery, your goods will be carted to the Contract Courier company’s local depot.

  • A card will be left in your letter box, advising delivery and/or collection options/instructions upon signature.
  • If you arrange a re-delivery with the Contract Courier company you must be present to sign and accept your order.
  • You must contact the Contract Courier company within 5 business days.
  • The Contract Courier will hold your goods up to 5 business days after which your goods will be returned to us.
  • All deliveries that are returned to us, including items where you have entered an incorrect address, will be re-delivered on payment of a re-delivery fee.
